Shipping

Products that are in stock are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship UPS Ground and will notify you via e-mail when your item has shipped. In the event it might take longer to ship your item, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order. In some cases we can ship by faster methods. Please contact us if you need express shipping. At this time, we only ship to the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii, and we only accept U.S. dollars.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 7.5% of total items purchased is added to orders placed by credit card holders with a North Carolina mailing address.

Shipping costs are based on the amount of total items purchased (not including NC sales tax, if applicable). Below are our current shipping rates. Please note these rates are subject to change. Any changes to our shipping charges will be posted here when they go into effect.

Return Policy

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases from Baby Chickadees. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we will replace or refund your purchase against defects for up to one year of purchase.

Returns are simple. Just fill out the form that comes in the box with your product. Let us know the reason for the return and the action to be taken, either exchange or refund.
